Curly Gelding -- New Name is Argo! Approximately 10 years old, Rescued from broker's lot in Pennsylvania April 23, 2010
Trained to ride, well mannered Curly Gelding. We don't know his history at this point, but are trying to find out where he came from.
He needs a home!We've put him into quarantine. He is a little thin, but has a great appetite. |

Zoe - approx 9? year old Curly Mare - Rescued from broker's lot in Pennsylvania April 16, 2010
Zoe is trained to ride, and is very gentle with good ground manners. We believe she went through an auction in Lebanon, PA where she was purchased by a broker who took her to the New Holland broker's lot.
Zoe is currently in her 30 day quarantine period, and we are accepting applications for adoption and foster. Please help us give this beautiful and gentle mare a home.
Zoe has had a snotty nose, but with antibiotics that is clearing right up and she has a good appetite.

Samson - 2 year old Curly Gelding - Rescued from kill pen in Pennsylvania, April 9, 2010
This gentle 2 year old gelding was discovered in the kill pen of a broker's lot in Pennsylvania only an hour before the deadline to organize and get him rescued. Thanks to one of our vigilant members who saw a Facebook ad placed by the animal rescue AC4H, we were notified and quickly organized to purchase him and assure that he would not ship out to slaughter.
At this point, we know nothing of his background. If anyone recognizes him, please let us know. We would love to get his pedigree and registration information. Even if we cannot get information about his background, he will be registerable through theNorth American Curly Horse Registry.
Samson will be in quarantine for 30 days, and is available for adoption. Anyone interested in adopting this young boy, please contact us ! We would like to have a home waiting for him when he comes out of quarantine.
We are holding a special fundraiser to pay for his bail money, his transport, quarantine, and any veterinary care he may need while in quarantine.
